Location and the size of the room are excellent

. The toilet smelled really bad. The stench that emitted from the drain was really nauseating. Complained to the front desk about it but to no avail. At night the cockroaches were playing tag in the toilet

Very big room. Good for family with small kids.

The property got big rooms with a partial sea view.

We arrived at this hotel from Krabi. We send the hotel ETA prior to leaving Krabi. When we arrived, they didn’t let us check in even though they knew our ETA. We sat at the lobby for almost 2 hours. At one point I went to the reception to ask about the ATM, that lady was on her cellphone taking to her friend, laughing and ignoring me as if I was annoying her, when she opened her mouth and said “2pm” and then back to her cellphone. Comes check in time, nobody call us to check in, we waited to see if they will tell us to come check in. She didn’t, I went to the reception because I was getting irritated by her attitude. I demanded to talk to the manager. She kept on saying the manager is coming. 10 mins passed, no show. Then she call the manager and the manager told her she doesn’t want to talk to me. That was a red flag. We specifically booked a large bed room, they told us they have two single room. Initially they changed our room and still refused to give us a room with a large bed. In the room the wifi was weak and non non existent. Our room has that 80s TV with poor quality, still using analogue. It was more like watching recent movies with poor quality sound and image. They definitely haven’t migrated to digital. Normally I don’t complain or moan but this was a terrible situation that could have been sorted amicably. Markland top management should take what I write constructively since they are in a hospitality business. Fist they should send that young lady to hospitality school to learn how to behave and talk to guests. Lastly, the manager should also take management crisis classes. What they are doing is nothing but a joke.

very basic furniture. poorly equipped gym. no help with umbrellas or beach bed mattress at the pool. not very helpful reception staff.

Not impressed by the gym. We had to put our own mats and umbrellas on the sunbeds. It took a few requests to finally get the towels for the pool. I asked for an extra pillow but never got it.

Excellent beach front view with reasonable price. Wide room 45 meters, king bed, fully equipped with all needs. Friendly staff with security surrounding hotel 24/24. Strongly recommended for full relaxation. Tomy& his colleagues@ reception facilitate all needs.

Opposite the beach,close to restaurants , within walking distance to Marina Festival Shopping Mall, large room with good beach view.

Room dated,beds needed replacing, shower was badly covered in mould and needed a massive dose of bleach.

i just booking there for my family to stay closer to my hotel with friends but i went there and everybody nice

smelling in the room when we first open room.

Housekeeping staff was not cooperative , not allowing extra towels as we r coming from beach we require extra one they asking for extra charges

Magnificent view of Pattaya bay. Great for transport walk to any of 3 big shopping centres best beach right at the front. Fealt like a 5 star hotel. For a 3 star price. Thoroughly recomend

big balcony with sea view good location near the beach and Terminal 21 (Biggest Shopping Mall in Pattaya)

The hotel is old, and dated, Room are smelly, dirty and old. Toilet bowl was liking, Air condition was super noisy I could ear the noise from the other room. Hotel and Rooms need a refurbishment as soon as possible!

Need table in room and Fan Not all people like Air Con, And when book get good room on check in not 4 days later but u did help

The view from the balcony was good and the rooms are spacious and breakfast area is nice

The bed is really hard and the shower area and bathroom gets flooded too easily

from outside hotel look good from inside hotel is totally 0 rooms are too pathetic,rooms need renovation there was nothing like hotel

Room size and location

Bathrooms and breakfast. I asked for hot milk and staff asked to me pay extra charges for hot milk in my breakfast. How one can eat cornflaks in cold milk. Breakfast must be at the top floor because previously it was in roof top and giving excellent view.
